Chef Nate Limwong was born in Suratthani a culturally rich in Southern Thai cuisine and also known for its fresh seafood. She has been in the forefront of the culinary art world for decades. Having worked in three different continents (Asia, Australia, and North America), she has learned and mastered her skills in a way like no other. She has also mastered her skills in different cuisines such as French and Chinese. Coming to these days, she would love to return and celebrate her roots, where she grew up loving and cooking. Having lived in NYC for less than a decade, she had played the head chef of the success behind some of the famous Thai restaurants in the city.
